Learn to Sail We provide Adult and Junior RYA Level 1 and 2 courses, which should enable you to be able to sail a dinghy in light winds. In order to help your skills develop we run a series of ‘Improver Days’ with instructors on hand, as well as knowledgeable club members who are keen to pass on their skills and knowledge. Improve your Sailing This is your chance to get some tips from our experienced sailors. No matter what you want to achieve, but it successful capsizing and righting, to starting to race, Improvers days are invaluable. There will be two sailors in our two safety boats giving advice and encouragement. The format will depend on the number of boats and the weather. No need to book, just turn up. The sessions will start at noon and finish at 17:00. It is hoped to have a short interval during the afternoon. |
