Have you heard? Something new is happening to Chelmarsh SUP!
Sofa2SUP is being run as a weekly session for getting fitter, stronger and faster on your SUP with a friendly bunch of other Chelmarsh paddlers.
Do ‘5K’ your way.
This can be an all out sprint, or a ‘Couch25k’ style paddle - quick for a bit, then slower for a bit to catch your breath and repeat.
Not quite ready for 5K?
Just do what you can and make 5K your goal.

The sprint, power paddlers will set off first for their 5K, closely followed by the fitness paddlers.
After the session, feel free to come back to the clubhouse for a well earned hot drink, or carry on paddling with your new SUP buddies for a cool down.
